What do I need?

Towels, and tea-towels, plus basic supplies: Washing up liquid, kitchen roll, toilet paper, toiletries etc. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, plus anything you don’t want to have to buy whilst on-site. A full list of the inventory is available. Don't forget that we now include all bed linen, so you don't need to bring that with you.

You might want to bring a few CDs/DVDs along with you. There are 2 DVD/CD players.

When we hand over the keys, you will need to pay an additional £50 in cash. This is a returnable deposit, to cover loss / damage. Assuming there are no problems, we will refund this, in cash, at the end of your stay. We do ask that you respect that this is a privately owned, top of the range caravan. Believe us, it is not the run of the mill standard hire caravan.

Bring a copy of your booking confirmation, it will remind you where the caravan is! Seriously though, it's handy to have our mobile number with you, just in case you're running ahead/behind time. If you do find yourselves on site early, give us a call - we may be able to let you in early.

When you have settled in, pay a visit to the 2 main club areas, to find out the week’s programme, for each club and pool area, and for the kids' activities. This will enable you to get the most out of your holiday. Some activities do need to be booked early.
