Terms and Conditions

 

Deposit

A £100.00 per week deposit (non refundable) is required at the time of booking. We must receive this within 7 days of reservation, otherwise the caravan may be re-let.

Balance

The balance is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. Failure to pay the balance on time will be taken as cancelation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Letting arrangements

The park’s conditions prevent us hiring to single sex parties, and to groups of young people (U21). The park actively check that these conditions are adhered to, and will evict groups not complying. The caravan is best suited to families, or to 2/3 couples sharing.

Holidays commencing on a Friday start at 4PM. Holidays commencing on a Saturday start at 2PM.

 

Holidays ending on a Friday end at 2PM. Holidays ending on a Saturday end at 10AM. You must vacate on time, to allow us time to clean the caravan, ready for the next hirers.

 

Lost keys will be charged for at £10 per set

Note that there are 2 weeks where the ‘week’ is only 6 days, ie Sat to Fri. Our prices reflect this. on these 2 weeks, the caravan must be vacated by 10AM on the Friday.

Accommodation

The person making the booking is responsible for the entire party, and must be staying in the caravan.

Unless previously agreed, our caravan is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. We can relax these restrictions, by arrangement. Note that the site also have their own rules regarding pets. If you have any doubts, ask BEFORE booking.

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Any breakages or damage to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation must be paid for by the hirer.

Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.

Club Passes

Please note Club Passes are NOT included in the price. You may purchase these directly from site, when you arrive.

Behaviour

If, in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.

Cancelation

If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in the first instance and  NOTIFY US IN WRITING within 3 days. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELATION, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES APPLY:

Liability

We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.


Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancelations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.
